The TurboChef BULLET™ convection oven expands menus by quickly cooking a diverse range of food items. Impingement, radiant heat, and microwave energy combine to provide well-toasted items that are heated thoroughly at speeds faster than conventional equipment can achieve. Its interior accepts sheet pans for baking, and several cooking tools are included. This unit has durable stainless steel sides, front, top, and drip pan that simplify cleaning. All its exterior surfaces stay cool for safety, and for space-restricted environments, this oven can be placed on another Bullet oven with a stacking kit.
Touchpad controls on the TurboChef BULLET convection oven help operators adjust quickly. Tutorials help guide operators through the cleaning and cooking process, while recipes can be programmed to ensure consistent results and quick operation. A USB interface enables operators to transfer menu programs, and the on-board memory can store as many as 256 unique recipes. The oven's self-diagnostic system monitors its cooking performance to ensure it is cooking efficiently and correctly.
