RETURN POLICY

By placing an order on this website, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policy.

Returns Policy Rules

  • All returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • To start a return, please contact us directly at keharer@yahoo.com or call us before shipping any item back.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received — used, damaged, or broken items will not be refunded.

  • Original packaging is required.

Return Conditions

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Insurance for the returned item is your responsibility.

After We Receive Your Return

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process it within 5–7 business days.

  • You may request either a store credit or a replacement item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is approved.
